The winners of the 19th annual Employee Benefits Awards will be unveiled today (Friday 12 November 2021), as it returns to an in-person ceremony following the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic.
The Employee Benefits Awards 2021 is the go-to annual event of the year for those working in the rewards, benefits and HR industry, and offers attendees the chance to recognise and award organisations, teams and individuals who are achieving excellence through their reward and benefits strategies.
Travis Perkins, BNP Paribas, Greene King, Siemens UK, University of Lincoln, Anglian Water, and Bank of America are just some of the employers shortlisted for recognition at this year’s event, which is being held at a new venue especially for 2021: Old Billingsgate in London.
There are 19 awards in total this year, including the Best Alignment of Benefits to Business Strategy, Best Benefits Communications and Best Benefits to Support Work-Life Balance, with the shortlist for these categories and others having already been announced. There was no shortlist for the Employee Benefits Professional of the Year and the Grand Prix categories, as the winners will be revealed at the ceremony.
Hosted by comedian Zoe Lyons, the winners will be announced during a lunchtime ceremony, which acknowledges and celebrates the most innovative and interesting HR reward and benefits strategies, supportive teams and outstanding individuals in the industry over the past year.
The daytime event is set to include a drinks reception, three-course meal, entertainment and the opportunity for attendees to network with industry professionals face to face, as well as the enjoying the ceremony itself.
Following the awards being given out, attendees at the Employee Benefits Awards will be able to network and socialise with colleagues, peers and industry leaders.
