Hospitality organisation Accor Group has introduced a new wellbeing benefit for its 4,500 UK employees.

The benefit, Your Care Plus provided by Vivup, is a health management platform that supports employees’ physical and mental wellbeing with a range of products and services.

The platform provides evidence-based interventions and support tools to help build mental resilience and to strengthen employees’ emotional, physical and financial wellbeing.

Accor employees will have access to an employee assistance programme (EAP), online GP services, wellbeing assessments, face-to-face and virtual counselling and financial wellbeing tools.

The platform includes a specialist menopause helpline which offers a range of resources to help staff understand and manage menopausal symptoms.

The launch also includes a lifestyle saving scheme to support employees’ financial wellbeing. This gives staff information on ways to save money and access to savings through retail gift cards and discount codes.

Fran Carr, talent and culture director UK/I and Nordics at Accor Hotels, said: “We needed a one-stop solution for our diverse and multi-generational UK-based workforce which would be easy to use and accessible while bringing together existing and new benefits.

“Vivup’s platform does all this. The menopause helpline, in particular, will support a large proportion of our employees.”

The scheme enhances Accor’s range of existing employee benefits which includes eye care vouchers, a bikes-for-work scheme, up to 50% discounts in Accor hotels and restaurants, additional holiday, Merlin Entertainment discounts and a pension scheme.
