Glass container design, manufacturing, bottling and logistics firm Encirc has introduced a personalised development platform for wellbeing to its employee benefits package.
The firm, which operates for the UK, Irish and European food and beverages industries, employs almost 2,000 staff across its three sites in the UK, which include Derrylin in Northern Ireland, Elton in Cheshire, and Avonmouth in Bristol.
Through Dara and Co’s wellbeing platform, the employees will be able to access articles, masterclasses, events and podcasts from experts to address their diverse needs. These are on topics and personal problems that staff may face, such as relationship difficulties, family conflict, financial anxiety, low self-esteem or major life transitions.
Employees can access insights on how to improve overall mental health, as well as resources and guidance to reach their full potential, both personally and professionally.
According to Encirc, the introduction of the platform is part of its commitment to creating a positive and supportive work environment where employees feel valued, and demonstrates its recognition of the link between a thriving workforce and overall business success.
John Thornbury, health and wellbeing partner at Encirc, said: “At Encirc, we believe that our people are our most valuable asset. We’re thrilled to partner with Dara and Co to provide our employees with the tools and support needed to improve their wellbeing. This initiative empowers personal growth, leading to a more engaged, resilient, and productive workforce.”
