Amdocs, a provider of software and services to communications and media firms, is to extend its unlimited paid holiday programme to its UK employees from 1 July.
The organisation, which employs 30,000 employees worldwide, with more than 6,000 in Europe and the Middle East and Africa, will allow every UK-based employee to take an unlimited amount of holiday under its 'vacation without limits' policy, enabling them to achieve a positive work-life balance.
The policy has already been rolled out to Amdocs' employees in the United States, India and Israel.
Judith Yampolsky, global head of HR at Amdocs, said: “Removing limits on [holiday] frees our people up to spend more time with their families, get errands done, enjoy their hobbies and generally achieve a positive work-life balance.
“From the employer’s perspective, we know that giving our team members the opportunity to invest in themselves and their wellbeing will empower them to deliver their best when they are at work. We’ve had excellent feedback from our employees in countries where the programme is already live, and we’re excited to introduce it in the UK.”
