How to support staff during the cost-of-living crisis and how to build an effective financial wellbeing strategy are just some of the topics that will be discussed by industry experts from Ipsos, Claranet and The AA on Thursday 6 October at Employee Benefits Live 2022.
In a session titled 'Building an effective financial wellbeing strategy, Michaela O’Reilly, head of reward and analytics at Ipsos, will explore the topics of pension savings, other savings and benefits, and how to help with the cost of living.
Meanwhile, HR director at Claranet Mina Raeburn will host a workshop titled 'How to help colleagues feel they are in control of their money with the cost-of-living crisis'.
Delegates attending this session will learn how to implement the right financial tools with employees, why implementing a pension and benefits window each year benefits staff, and how to work with the right partners to maximise employee engagement.
In addition, Georgia Rule, reward business partner at The AA, will give a presentation titled 'How to design a financial education and wellbeing strategy that works for your employees.
