Data analytics and consumer credit reporting organisation Experian, cryptocurrency firm Kraken, and advisory and accounting organisation HLB International have been named as some of the Global Most Loved Workplaces 2023 by Newsweek.
Published for the first time in partnership with benchmark research organisation Best Practice Institute, the list is based on survey results of more than two million employees from different industries and businesses, along with analysis of external public online ratings, direct interviews and responses.
Employers’ rankings are dependent on their ongoing commitment to building a flexible workplace that prioritises wellbeing, holistic health and wellness benefits, an open culture, career growth opportunities and their ability to meet the evolving needs of a modern workplace.
Kraken, which ranked 16th on the list, was praised due to its flexible paid time off practices, access to in-house fitness and wellbeing coaches, share options included in the compensation package, and a grant to build a customised home office to work from.
