Winner: Goodman Masson
Scheme: The Benefits Boutique
This award gives employers the chance to demonstrate how their reward strategy is aligned with their broader business strategy.
Goodman Masson has integrated its inclusive reward strategy into its business culture to create a package to retain its strong performers. Its financial benefits include a student loan fund, a home improvement loan and an exotic holiday fund.
The judges felt that these savings plans, along with its mortgage fund, which is designed to enable staff to save for a property deposit, were particularly innovative.
The judges said: “This was the stand-out [entry]. [Goodman Masson] is innovative and has clearly thought about its audience.”
The winner said: “Our objective was to get people on the property ladder and we’ve achieved that.”
