Employee Benefits Awards 2025

Employee Benefits Awards 2025

Holland and Barrett and environmental consultant Beyondly Global have been shortlisted in the Best alignment of benefits to business strategy category at the Employee Benefits Awards 2026.

This award celebrates an organisation that demonstrates how its benefits strategy is aligned with its broader business strategy.

Judges looked at how an overall reward strategy, and not just one specific benefit, supports both an organisation’s HR and business goals. This could include improving staff recruitment and retention, increasing productivity, improving engagement, reducing absenteeism rates and implementing a staff buy-in for a specific or one-off project or organisational aim.

The full category shortlist is:

  • Beyondly Global
  • Government People Group, Cabinet Office
  • Holland and Barrett
  • OneAdvanced
  • Pipedrive
  • Urenco Global
  • Wickes Building Supplies

Housing 21 won the award last year due to its salary sacrifice scheme introduction, where it reinvested salary sacrifice savings into a health cash plan, which fuelled future changes and modernised its approach. It also reviewed its maternity and paternity pay.

The judges said: “Housing 21’s reinvestment of salary sacrifice funds to support its employees in other ways was strong, and it was also very innovative in its significant range of benefits.”

The annual Employee Benefits Awards provides reward, benefits and HR industry with the opportunity to recognise and celebrate organisations, teams and individuals that have made a significant difference through their reward and benefits strategies in 2025.

The daytime event, which will be held at the Honourable Artillery Company, London on Friday 26 June, will include a drinks reception, three-course meal, entertainment and the chance to network with industry professionals. The after-party will feature live music in the venue’s private grounds.
