Employee Benefits Awards 2025

Employee Benefits Awards 2025

Food products organisation Danone and McLaren Construction have been shortlisted in the category Best healthcare and wellbeing benefits at the Employee Benefits Awards 2026

This award was created to celebrate a successful health and wellbeing strategy that helps boost productivity or engagement through employee wellbeing in organisations.

The full category shortlist is:

  • BNP Paribas
  • Cubic
  • Danone
  • Decisive Consulting + FIECON , a Herspiegel company
  • Lloyds Banking Group
  • McLaren Construction
  • Tokio Marine HCC International
  • United Utilities

Last year, the award was split into two categories for large and small employers. UK Power Networks scooped the large employer award due to its proactive approach to making resources more accessible and available, which led to reductions in sickness absence occurrences; trained mental health first aiders and health coach assessments completed.

The judges were impressed with the employer’s well-thought-through and comprehensive benefits offering that had a particular focus on the impacts of critical life events, such as obesity, cancer and proactive health management.

A UK Power Networks spokesperson said: “It’s amazing to achieve this; we’ve put in a lot of hard work for our employees to feel like they are being supported to make changes, especially around all our evidence-based commitments to improve cardiovascular risks, reduce long- and short-term sickness absence.”

The Employee Benefits Awards, now in its 24th year, is the event of the year for the reward, benefits and HR industry, providing the opportunity to recognise and celebrate those driving excellence through their reward and benefits strategies.

The daytime event, which will be held at the Honourable Artillery Company, London on Friday 26 June, includes a drinks reception, three-course meal, entertainment and the chance to network with industry professionals.
