Refresco UK at Employee Benefits Awards 2025

DHL Supply Chain and Hertfordshire County Council have been shortlisted in the Best benefits communications category at the Employee Benefits Awards 2026

The award recognises the most effective benefits communications strategy by an employer. Successful entrants will have demonstrated an effective and innovative approach to benefits communications.

The full shortlist is:

  • AH Worth
  • DHL Supply Chain
  • Government People Group, Cabinet Office
  • Hertfordshire County Council
  • Jupiter Asset Management
  • Landmarc Support Services
  • Sopra Steria

In 2025, Refresco UK won the Best benefits communication award. This was due to its clear objectives in order to successfully achieve its goal of creating sustainable communications, as well as the coverage of its UK-wide benefits roadshow at all of its sites, which saw its employee satisfaction rate double.

It was also recognised due to its engaging strategy that reflected it as an organisation, with its multi-faceted approach and tailoring of tones and narratives enabling it to reach all staff regardless of location to help to solve its problem with disconnection.

The judges believed Refresco UK’s programme had clear goals that went behind the launch into enrolment and new joiners.

They said: “It had a good overhaul of benefits and transformation, and its programme had clear and measurable objectives that created sustainable communications.”

The Employee Benefits Awards, now in its 24th year, recognises those driving excellence through their reward and benefits strategies.

The daytime event, which will be held at the Honourable Artillery Company, London on Friday 26 June, will include a drinks reception, three-course meal, entertainment and the chance to network with industry professionals.
