Josephina Smith, reward director at British Airways (BA), will deliver a keynote session at Employee Benefits Live 2025 on 1 October 2025.
Her keynote speech, which will take place at 3.45pm and close the first day of the conference, is titled ‘How BA is redefining reward to support a modern workforce that’s fit for the future’. It will reveal how the employer is transforming its approach to reward to meet the needs of today’s evolving workforce.
Smith will discuss how BA is rethinking how reward can become a driver of engagement, wellbeing and belonging as employee expectations shift and the demand for meaningful, flexible and inclusive benefits grows.
She will also explore how the organisation is moving beyond traditional frameworks to build a more agile, data-informed and human-centric reward strategy. Its aim is to create a strategy that supports employees’ financial wellness, reflects their lifestyles, and priorities and reinforces the employee value proposition in a competitive talent market.
Employee Benefits Live 2025, Europe’s largest reward and benefits event, will take place on 1-2 October at ExceL London. The event is free to attend and is open to directors, senior managers and in-house professionals responsible for HR, reward, benefits, compensation, employee engagement, motivation and pensions, who want to stay up-to-date with the latest trends.
The two-day editorial-driven conference programme and exhibition provide an opportunity for professionals to network, share ideas and best practice, benchmark suppliers, and source the most effective products and services for their organisation.
