Employee Benefits Live 2025 is welcoming delegates to its 27th annual event at ExCeL London on 1-2 October 2025.
The conference and exhibition, which is the largest dedicated reward and benefits event in Europe, brings together more than 1,500 industry professionals looking to discover the latest HR, reward and benefits developments. The editorial-driven conference programme offers delegates practical how-to advice, inspiration and top tips.
Spread across four theatres, this year’s streams focus on health and wellbeing, engagement, motivation and recognition, cost-effective benefits, HR and benefits strategy, sustainable reward, financial wellbeing, mental health resilience, and reproductive health.
There will be a range of speakers at this year’s conference, with four giving a keynote presentation. Jill Scott, former England footballer and broadcaster, opened the conference with a presentation on leading with resilience, while Josephina Smith, reward director at British Airways, will close the first day talking about redefining reward for a modern workforce.
Meanwhile, Ben West, mental health campaigner, author and strategic advisor will open the second day discussing grief and Georgie Willis, head of diversity and inclusion at Eurostar, will close the event with a presentation on sustaining diversity, equity and inclusion momentum.
Other session speakers include Lucy Tigwell-Cox, reward manager at NATS, who will present a session on transforming menopause policy, culture and industry standards, and Dawn Roberts, human resources director at Northwood Hygiene Products, who will present a session on driving financial wellbeing.
Speakers from Welcome Break, Jet2 and Housing 21 will also be taking part in sessions on wellbeing, sustainable benefits and reward strategies.
Throughout Employee Benefits Live 2025, attendees will also be able to network with colleagues, peers, industry experts and providers, either across the exhibition floor, during conference sessions or in the exclusive VIP lounge.
