Employee Benefits Live 2023 is welcoming delegates to its 25th annual event at ExCeL London on 3 October 2023.
As the largest dedicated reward and benefits event in Europe, the conference and exhibition brings together more than 1,500 industry professionals looking to discover the latest HR, reward and benefits developments. The extensive editorial-driven conference programme offers delegates practical how-to advice, inspiration and top tips.
Spread across multiple theatres, this year’s streams focus on health and wellbeing, menopause, fertility and pregnancy, engagement, motivation and recognition, and cost-effective benefits.
There will be a range of speakers at this year’s conference, with two of these presenting a keynote presentation. Bernadette Thompson, director of equality, diversity and inclusion at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, will open the conference with a presentation about how to drive a robust approach to creating a fair and inclusive culture.
Meanwhile, Ruth Dodsworth, TV presenter and journalist at ITV Cymru, Wales will close the event with a presentation on the signs, symptoms and ways of supporting employees escaping from domestic violence. Both of these are sponsored by Ello Group.
Other session speakers include Helen Tomlinson, head of talent UK and Ireland at Adecco Group and government menopause employment champion, who is taking part in a panel about starting conversations around the menopause, and Jane Frost, director of HR services, and Laura Bunn, HR director at Roadchef, who will be discussing how to engage and motivate a transient workforce across multiple locations.
Speakers from RSPCA, TLT Solicitors, Cadent, Central Co-op, Natwest and Centrica will also be taking part in sessions on engagement, reward strategies, fertility and financial wellbeing.
