Employee Benefits Live 2022Employee Benefits Live 2022 is welcoming delegates to its annual industry event, taking place at ExCeL London on 5 and 6 October 2022.

The two-day conference and exhibition, which is the largest dedicated reward and benefits event in Europe, brings together more than 1,500 industry professionals looking to stay at the forefront of HR, reward and benefits developments. Spread across four theatres, the event offers an extensive editorial-driven programme, with this year’s streams focusing on health and wellness, financial reward and pensions, engagement, motivation and recognition, and cost-effective benefits.

The first day begins with a keynote address by Asif Sadiq MBE, senior vice president and head of diversity, equity and inclusion at Warner Bros Discovery. Titled ‘Diversity, equality and inclusion: embedding equity and inclusion to truly reap the benefits’ and sponsored by Ello Group, his keynote will look at embedding equality and inclusion as a business imperative.

The first day’s closing keynote will feature stand-up comic, TV presenter and journalist Alex Brooker, who will join Employee Benefits editor Debbie Lovewell-Tuck for a fireside chat about the challenges and experiences he has faced through his career, as well as breaking down workplace barriers.

Day two’s opening keynote will be delivered by Ollie Ollerton, former special forces operative, television star and best-selling author. His speech, titled ‘Power to Perform’, will outline mental hacks to improve performance, the role of positive habitual behaviour, and goal setting for success.

The closing keynote speech will be presented by Charlotte Hallett, head of HR at Nespresso UK and Republic of Ireland. Titled ‘The purposeful people plan: implementing a whole-person approach to employee wellbeing’, the keynote will explore wellbeing and making a difference to how it feels to be at work.

During Employee Benefits Live 2022, attendees will also be able to network with colleagues, peers, industry experts and providers, either across the exhibition floor, during conference sessions or in the exclusive VIP lounge.
