Winner: J.P. Morgan
Scheme: Elements
Entered by: Vebnet
This award is designed to recognise an organisation with more than 5,000 employees that has demonstrated an effective and innovative approach to benefits communication, be it through face-to-face, print, social or digital media.
To encourage staff to think about benefits from a fresh perspective, J.P. Morgan created the concept of an origami grandmaster, which it used as a theme throughout its scheme. This enabled it to differentiate scheme communications to employees.
The judges said: “This is the one, above all others, that we will remember in two years’ time. Its use of logos is very fresh.”
The winner said: “We tried to move away from an established way of communicating benefi ts, to engage and entertain.”
