Content innovation cloud organisation Hyland has hired Sharon Brand to be its new chief human resources officer.
A HR executive with more than 20 years of leadership in building and scaling global teams, and fostering inclusive cultures, Brand joins to accelerate Hyland’s people growth and organisational excellence. As chief human resources officer, she will elevate its global HR strategy and advance a high-performing, inclusive culture aligned with its business goals.
Brand has most recently held the role of first chief people officer at PlanSource, where she served as a strategic business partner to the chief executive officer (CEO) and board. Prior to this, she served as vice president, HR business partner at SAP, where she served as an advisor to senior executives and drove global people strategies for organisations.
