Insurance broker Willis Group has launched an online service to streamline the management administration and communication of employers’ benefits programmes.

Its Total Rewards online portal enables employees to see the overall value of their personal reward package, with information and resources to increase understanding and take up of benefits.

Employers can use the service to tailor benefits to reflect the diverse needs and values of their workforce, and to manage employee leave and absence.

Tony Powis, managing director of Willis Employee Benefits, said: “Total Rewards enables us to deliver innovative and creative solutions to support our clients in attracting, retaining and motivating employees.

“The addition of Total Rewards to our existing employee benefit and risk management services allows Willis to devise holistic programmes for employee risk and reward.”
