Employee Benefits webinar, Embedding empathy in recognition: Getting to the heart of workplace engagement, sponsored by Boostworks, is set to be broadcast live at 11.00am tomorrow, Tuesday 22 October.
Viewers will be able to hear Debbie Lovewell-Tuck, editor of Employee Benefits, and a panel of experts discuss the power of empathetic recognition and explore how to better understand your employees’ needs; balance individual and team recognition and personalise a recognition approach.
The webinar will also look at how employers can involve employees in the design process to build feelings into recognition, and if recognition can be used to create a feeling of belonging among employees.
