Employee Benefits’ webinar, Creating a digital-first experience to boost wellbeing outcomes, is now available to watch on demand.

The webinar, which was held in association with Mercer Marsh Benefits, was broadcast on Tuesday 20 May at 11.00am.

Debbie Lovewell-Tuck, editor of Employee Benefits, was joined by Guy Clarkson, digital growth leader at Mercer Marsh Benefits, Niall Silvestro, team leader, reward and analytics at Aberdeenshire Council, and Josephina Smith, reward director at British Airways, for an in-depth discussion into the topic.

The expert panel considered why employers should take a digital-first approach to boost wellbeing outcomes, what they should consider to create the best approach for their workforce demographic, and how they can ensure staff feel supported.

The conversation explored the role personalisation plays in a digital-first health strategy, as well as how employers can reach individuals who may not engage with health issues.

The panel also discussed points such as how employers can boost take-up with wellbeing tools and benefits, how to get appropriate access to data, and how to achieve optimum integration between systems.

The webinar concluded with the panel looking ahead to what is coming in the future and what can be achieved with data.
