Google, Adobe and Squarespace have been named as some of the highest-rated employers for perks and benefits in 2025.

The list, which was compiled by workplace culture, insights and compensation data platform Comparably,, uses anonymous employee feedback to segment employers into the top 100 large employers, with more than 500 employees, and top 50 small and mid-size employers, with 500 employees or fewer.

Rankings were determined based on a series of questions related to perks and benefits, which included whether staff are satisfied with their benefits, how they would rate the perks their office provides, and if benefits play a part in them staying at the organisation. The answers were given a numerical score and compared to employers of similar size.

Feedback from a Google employee stated: “Overall, Google’s compensation package is designed to attract and retain top talent, and its commitment to employee wellbeing and professional development makes it an attractive employer for many people.”

The top 10 employers for perks and benefits in 2025 are:

  1. Google
  2. Radiance Technologies
  3. Adobe
  4. The Breakers Palm Beach
  5. Alkami Technology
  6. Elsevier
  7. Paycom
  8. Hoshizaki America
  9. Calix
  10. CarGurus

Comparably has also compiled lists for best work-life balance and best happiness. Questions for these lists included whether staff are satisfied with their work-life balance and if they are proud to be a part of their organisation.

The top three employers for best work-life balance were Elsevier, TP and First Merchants, while the top three employers for happiness were Adobe, ADP and TP.

Jon Bischke, general manager of ZoomInfo Talent Solutions, which owns Comparably, said: “Employee happiness isn’t just a feel-good metric, it’s a leading indicator of business performance, retention rates, and long-term success. Employers that consistently rank on Comparably’s awards demonstrate they understand that workplace culture is a strategic advantage. This recognition helps job seekers identify employers where they can truly thrive, while giving employers valuable benchmarking data to improve their talent strategies.”
