SmartBear hires chief people and culture officer

Information technology business SmartBear, which is headquartered in Massachusetts and has offices in Ireland, England and Poland, has appointed Veronica Curran (pictured) as chief people and culture officer.

Curran previously held roles at Mendix, Turbonomic and Bain Capital Ventures, and has 15 years of experience.

Most recently, she was chief people officer at Alumni Ventures (AV) where she led its people and culture strategy. She was also vice president of global people and culture operations at Flywire, responsible for teams in the Asia and Pacific region, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and the Americas.
