Container glass manufacturing, filling and logistics firm Encirc has introduced a new flexible benefits platform.

The firm is based at sites in Northern Ireland, Cheshire and Bristol.

The flexible benefits platform, which is provided by Barnett Waddingham, will be offered to Encirc’s 2,000 employees. It replaces a platform Encirc previously had with Reward Gateway.

The 4me platform can be accessed by Encirc’s workforce 24/7, enabling staff to manage their benefits online, make real-time changes, and access plan information instantly from any location.

Encirc selected the platform following a competitive tender process. It aligns with the organisation’s sustainability commitments, which include aiming to minimise its carbon impact. The platform also involves employees in supporting the environment by promoting sustainable benefits choices.

Stuart Jensen, head of analytics and reward at Encirc, said: “The 4me platform has transformed how we deliver benefits to our employees across our sites. What previously required significant manual administration is now streamlined and accessible to our workforce 24/7. This digital transformation not only improves efficiency but enhances our employees’ experience, allowing them to take control of their benefits while supporting our broader sustainability goals.”
