Adobe, Gap, Goodman Masson, Salesforce (pictured), and PayPal UK are among the organisations that have been acknowledged on the UK’s Best Workplaces 2019 list, compiled by the Great Place to Work Institute.

The Best Workplaces list is based on results from a workplace culture audit, completed by organisations’ HR departments, which analyses working policies that contribute towards the employee experience. The list also takes into account feedback from an employee engagement survey, which provides insights across areas such as pay, reward, wellbeing, corporate social responsibility (CSR), diversity, recognition and employee engagement.

The UK list, which recognised 127 organisations this year, is split across four categories: super large organisations that have 1,000 or more employees, large employers that have between 251 and 1,000, medium organisations with between 51 and 250, and small businesses that employ between 20 and 50.
