Career history
Jess Dickenson joined Precis in April 2019 as a team lead before focusing more on strategy as head of client strategy. In 2022 she took the role of chief operating officer in its UK office.
Dickenson started her career at MoneySuperMarket and worked her way up to performance media strategist, where she led a team who managed paid media spend for the insurance vertical.
Dickenson says: "I am a champion of diversity and inclusion, and so I am an active mentor to young women starting out in their careers. I feel a sense of achievement when [I] see the impact that has on people’s confidence and development.
"In my early career I was particularly proud to be shortlisted for Young Search Professional at the UK and the EU search awards. I was the only in-house person to be shortlisted and it felt good to have my work recognised by my team, who nominated me, and the industry."
