Ingenico has recruited Olga Damiron to be its new chief people and culture officer, to support its 3,000 employees across 32 countries.
Damiron will lead the firm’s people and culture team, focusing on talent development, leadership support, and fostering an environment where people can learn and do their best work.
She has two decades of experience shaping people strategies in global, technology‑driven organisations. She has helped build supportive cultures and people to grow their skills and careers.
Before joining, Olga served as chief people and talent officer at Vantiva, where she focused on people development. She also held chief people officer roles at ESI Group and Algeco Scotsman, where she partnered with leadership teams to reinforce culture and support growth.
Damiron said: “Ingenico has a strong purpose with dedicated, talented teams around the world. I look forward to listening, learning, and working with colleagues at every level to continue building a place where people enjoy coming to work and feel supported in their growth. I’m excited to join the company and contribute to its next chapter.”
Floris de Kort, chief executive officer of Ingenico, added: “Our talented team is our long‑term advantage. We want Ingenico to always be a place where employees feel proud to work, where they can learn, grow, and build a career. That’s essential to how we serve our customers and how we shape the future of financial technology. Olga brings deep experience and a thoughtful approach to developing people and supporting leaders. We’re very pleased to welcome her to Ingenico.”
