Ground engineering firm Roger Bullivant has enhanced its maternity and paternity policies, with changes due to take effect from 1 January 2023.
The business, which employs more than 500 people across seven regional offices in England, Scotland and Wales, updated its maternity pay to give employees 14 weeks on full pay, plus 25 weeks of statutory pay.
Roger Bullivant amended its paternity policy to full two weeks of pay, plus 10 days of leave to be taken within 12 months.
