Jennifer Roberts, senior reward and wellbeing manager at Central Co-op will present a workshop about making the most of benefits budgets and reward strategies at Employee Benefits Live 2023.
Roberts has worked in the industry for more than 12 years and has experience in reward change projects, compensation, benefits, fleet and payroll. She is passionate about creating a reward and wellbeing offering where there is something for everyone and has been a judge for the Employee Benefits Awards in 2017 and 2023.
Titled Making your benefits budget work harder to support your reward strategy, the session will cover how to adapt budgets for workforces, how feedback can influence a reward strategy and what cost-friendly benefits can offer everyone.
“I will be discussing how to look at ways to make budgets work harder for employees, how to shape a reward strategy using staff feedback and how to create cost-effective benefits so there is something for everyone,” said Roberts.
She hopes delegates attending the session will take away the idea that one size does not fit all when it comes to employees.
“I plan to offer some tips on how to best connect employees to a strategy that is meaningful and engaging, and where to look to create a budget or find some freebies,” Roberts added.
Employee Benefits Live 2023 will take place on Tuesday 3 October 2023 at ExCeL London. As Europe’s largest dedicated reward and benefits event, it will provide reward, compensation, benefits and HR professionals the opportunity to learn from, and be inspired by, leading figures in the industry and initiatives they have successfully introduced.
