Softcat, Cisco and Salesforce have been recognised by Great Place to Work as being some of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech for 2021.
IT infrastructure provider Softcat was ranked first on the super large organisations list, followed by networking hardware business Cisco. Number one on the large organisations list was software company ServiceNow, while technology services firm Natilik was awarded the best employer for technology in the medium category and sports video platform Recast Sports won the small employer accolade.

Ben Gautrey, managing director of Great Place to Work UK, believes that it is “incredibly inspiring” to see the number of organisations that have prioritised building a positive employee experience within the tech space.
He explained that 98 businesses have been recognised this year, which is the highest number on the list since it was launched four years ago.
“This is directly due to the innovation and purpose driven work that creates the foundation of their great workplace culture. We hope that by highlighting our tech list recipients, other employers will be encouraged to put their people strategy at the heart of their business, and continue to implement policies, practices and programmes that sustain an impactful employee experience for all,” Gautrey said.
