Mitie, Bupa and E.On recognised among UK’s most inclusive employers

Mitie and Bupa among Top 50 inclusive employers

Mitie (pictured), Bupa and E.On are among the organisations that have been recognised in The Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers 2020/21 list, compiled by Inclusive Companies.

The league table of the most inclusive employers in the UK recognises organisations that have adopted best practices in creating an inclusive workplace for all areas of diversity, such as age, disability, gender, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ+), race and religion.

The organisations included have provided evidence on how they have excelled in diversity inclusion across recruitment, training, and workforce data.

The top 10 most inclusive organisations in the UK were:

  3. UK Power Networks
  4. Lancashire Constabulary
  5. The Calico Group
  6. West Midlands Fire Service
  7. Auto Trader UK
  8. Inspire North
