Employee benefits consultancy Mercer Marsh Benefits has launched a benefits website for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The website, Elect, offers access to a range of employee benefits, including: pensions, healthcare, income protection and group life cover.†
Employees also have access to Mercer Marsh Benefits’ team of benefits advisers.
Donna Briggs, principal in Mercer March Benefits, said: “SMEs employ the majority of UK workers. However, cost constraint has meant that, historically, they have fallen behind larger firms when attempting to provide a balanced package of employee benefits.
“The Elect service offers access to the sorts of competitive rates and benefits that were once only available to larger organisations.”
