Legal & General has developed a series of interactive educational modules as part of its new empployee education campaign.
The modules are designed to educate employees on a wide range of financial subjects helping them make informed decisions about managing their own savings.
The interactive educational modules appear as a series of ‘true to life’ scenarios based around the fictional Cash family. Each character has their own story of different financial considerations and issues. By taking part in an interactive activity employees can learn more about how to manage their own finances.
The employee education campaign is a further development of Legal & General’s workplace savings platform, WorkSave. Employees can access the modules through the company’s workplace benefits website, which provides secure online access to a range of employee savings products.
Legal & General’s distribution director, workplace savings, Helen Buchanan, said: “Our unique approach to education in the workplace can be seen through this brand new series of interactive educational episodes.
“These have been designed to help [pension] scheme members understand more about managing their finances, in an involving way.”
