Career history
Dawn Moore, group people and communications director, joined Murphy Group in January 2020. She has previously held senior HR positions in manufacturing, housing, construction and engineering during her career, which spans 27 years. Moore is also a non-executive director on a variety of boards across the public, private and third sectors
Moore says: “Being the recipient of a number of national awards over the last five years for some of my HR work is definitely a highlight. It has also been great to be able to look back at organisations I have worked for and see how the people strategy I led has made a lasting difference.”
