EXCLUSIVE: Judith Grant (pictured), director of health and wellbeing at construction organisation Mace Group will discuss how HR professionals can engage senior leaders with employee wellbeing using metrics and analytics at Employee Benefits Live 2019.

Grant's session, titled 'Using metrics to engage the boardroom with wellbeing', will take place on Wednesday 2 October 2019 as part of the benefits technology conference stream.

Delegates will be able to learn from Grant's personal experience of the strategic delivery of wellbeing, occupational hygiene and occupational health across her international organisation, combining wellbeing programmes and health research with business outcomes.

Grant will discuss the tools available with which to measure the impact of health and wellbeing, as well as discussing Mace's own health and wellness survey, and the practical use of this to establish benchmarks and measure engagement. Attendees will be able to learn about methods of leveraging data and analytics to track staff engagement with health and wellbeing initiatives.

Elsewhere in the benefits technology stream, Elliot Rees-Davies, global head of reward at Aspen Insurance, will deliver a session titled 'Technology to enhance reward and benefits offerings'. Here, he will discuss topics including the use of an online personalised platform to support employees with financial goals, and the use of data to increase employee wellbeing.

Employee health and wellbeing is a key topic on the agenda for Employee Benefits Live 2019, now in its 21st year.

Stephen Bevan, director, employer research and consultancy at the Institute for Employment Studies (IES) will be running a masterclass on 1 October 2019 as part of the health benefits conference stream, discussing the changing landscape of health and work in the UK, and methods of supporting employees to take control of their own wellbeing.

Charlotte Dymock, HR business partner at The Poppy Factory, and Josie Lazenby, senior manager, wellbeing and benefits at Virgin Atlantic, meanwhile, will present on the subject of aligning benefits with wellbeing initiatives, and linking this holistic picture to overall organisational values. This session will take place on Tuesday 1 October 2019.

On Wednesday 2 October, a session titled 'Fostering a culture to support health and become an employer of choice' will see Fiona McAslan, wellbeing lead at the Royal Bank of Scotlan, and Meghan McCarthy, head of HR at SAP UK&I, discuss the key pillars for creating an effective global wellbeing strategy.

Employee Benefits Live 2019 will take place on Tuesday 1 and Wednesday 2 October 2019 at The ExCeL London.
