American Express, Bain and Company, and Dell Technologies are among the employers which received an excellence in global health and wellbeing award by Business Group on Health.
Now in its 20th year, the awards took place at Business Group on Health’s 2025 annual conference in Nashville, USA. Entries were reviewed by Business Group on Health and a panel of employer judges.
The award criteria assess applicants on their leadership, culture and wellbeing strategy, holistic wellbeing, mental health, financial wellbeing, social connectedness, job satisfaction, flexibility, engagement and employee experience, health inclusion and social determinants, and metrics and evaluation.
The employers that won the excellence in global health and wellbeing award were recognised for navigating challenges to meet diverse needs of employees in multiple countries, as well as demonstrating a commitment to global consistency with benefits offered to their global workforces. BD, Goldman Sachs, IDEXX, Morgan Stanley, Nielsen, PepsiCo, Takeda and Stellantis also received this award.
Overall, 53 employers won the excellence in health and wellbeing award for their commitment to advancing employee wellbeing through comprehensive and innovative benefits and initiatives.
A total of 10 organisations were recognised with the Excellence in Mental Health award due to their demonstrated impact and continued improvements to their programmes, through a holistic approach to benefits, programmes and policies that address mental health.
Finally, 12 employers received the excellence in health inclusion award for ensuring all employees had the opportunity to reach their full health potential, by broadening inclusive programmes and benefits to close health disparities and to advance population health.
