Adobe, American Express and Morgan Stanley have been named as some of the best employers for excellence in health and wellbeing by Business Group on Health.
The awards were announced at Business Group on Health’s 2026 annual conference.
Entries are reviewed by peer employer judges and Business Group staff members. The award criteria assess applicants on their ability to achieve impact across leadership, culture and wellbeing strategy; holistic wellbeing including mental health, financial wellbeing, social connectedness, job satisfaction, and flexibility; engagement and the employee experience; health inclusion and social determinants; and metrics and evaluation.
The employers that received the Best Employers Award: Excellence in Health and Wellbeing were recognised for their commitment to advancing employee wellbeing through innovative benefits and initiatives. Other organisations which received the award were Nielsen, JP Morgan Chase, and Bain and Company.
Some organisations won multiple awards. Those recognised for Excellence in Global Health and Wellbeing, including PepsiCo, Stellantis and Takeda, met the diverse needs of staff in multiple countries through a globally consistent or locally tailored approach, accounting for cultural differences in health and wellbeing.
The winners recognised for Excellence in Mental Health demonstrated a holistic approach to benefits, programmes and policies that address mental health needs. These included EY US, Kyndryl and PWC.
Meanwhile, Dell Technologies, Nestle in the US and Unilever won the Excellence in Health Inclusion award due to their work to broaden inclusive programmes and benefits to close health disparities and to advance population health.
Ellen Kelsay, president and chief executive officer of Business Group on Health, said: “Each of the honorees has helped to redefine how employers advance wellbeing, setting a higher standard for comprehensive, innovative support that truly meets the evolving needs of today’s workforce. These employers have shown how employee wellbeing can drive meaningful outcomes for both people and organisations.”
