Car manufacturing organisation Groupe Renault has promoted François Roger to human resources senior vice president.
He joined the organisation on 1 June 2018, and previously acted as deputy director, human resources. As part of his new role, he will also join the Renault Management Committee.
Roger has more than 20 years' of HR industry experience at international organisations, and has three years' experience as a consultant within the compensation and benefits space. He specialises in HR and business strategy, talent management, people mobilisation, recruitment and compensation and benefits.
Prior to joining Groupe Renault, Roger worked as vice president, HR talent at Bic. He has also held numerous roles at GE Healthcare, including vice president, HR Europe, HR executive, GEHC service and HR director, GEHC equipment sales.
