Global advertising technology firm The Trade Desk has appointed Clare Dyer (pictured) as vice president of HR for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region (EMEA).
Based in London, Dyer will be responsible for leading the firm’s human resource strategy and operations across the EMEA region, and her team will develop and manage employee programmes to further grow its culture.
She was previously chief people officer at Brandwatch, where she was responsible for aligning people strategies with business ambitions. Prior to this, she held a number of HR leadership roles, including people strategy and transformation HR director at BT, chief people officer at KCOM and BBC Television’s HR director.
Dyer founded Asima Coaching in 2019, before qualifying as an executive coach and pursuing her passion for employee engagement and coaching.
Philippa Snare, senior vice president, EMEA at The Trade Desk, said: “Clare’s rich and varied background, combined with her passion for creating an inclusive workplace culture where people can learn, thrive and develop, means that she will be a great asset to our team as we continue to achieve significant scale and growth.
“Our ambitious growth plans require investment in our most valuable asset, our people – because empowering our employees matters to continue our mission of creating a more transparent open internet for all. We are delighted to have Clare join as she will be an asset to both the leadership team and the wider business.”
Dyer added: “Being part of The Trade Desk’s growth journey is an exciting and natural next step, with the opportunity to be part of a firm that has a compelling purpose and one that is rooted in strong values of grit and humility. That's what attracted me to the business. I am thrilled to be joining The Trade Desk at an exciting time of continuous growth and momentum.”
