Intelex president human resources

Intelex, a global provider of environmental, health, safety and quality management software, has appointed Kristin O’Brien vice president of human resources.

In this role, O’Brien will play a part in translating business objectives into talent, organisational and cultural needs. She will contribute to the organisation’s culture of innovation and opportunity, aligning with its growth strategy, help create an engaging workplace that fosters growth and opportunities for employees, and work on its HR transformation strategy to redefine and enhance its employee value proposition.

With a career spanning more than 20 years, O’Brien has a wealth of international experience across Australia, Europe and the US. She has previously held senior HR positions in a variety of sectors, including global director of HR at food manufacturer General Mills, and most recently as senior director human resources at MKS Instruments.

O’Brien said: “This role feels like a synthesis of my career experiences to date, and a unique opportunity to contribute to an employer with a powerful mission to eliminate death in the workplace by 2050.
