Aparthotel organisation Adagio has hired Sophie Mestiri as chief human resources officer and member of its executive committee.
Mestiri, who has expertise in human resources management and organisational transformation, will help to implement initiatives to achieve Adagio’s strategic plan. She will be responsible for driving the necessary organisational transformations to support its rapid growth. Her expertise in talent management, social dialogue, and HR transformation will help Adagio’s expansion and strengthen its commitment to corporate social responsibility.
Mestiri began her career at Bouygues Telecom, where she held various roles for 12 years including in customer relations and organisational project management. She then participated in HR transformation projects at Shell Oil Corporation, was chief human resources and legal affairs officer at Primavista, and chief human resources and labor relations officer at ISS Group, where she contributed to the merger plan implementation with ONET Group.
