Dana Incorporated human resources

Dana Incorporated, which designs and manufactures propulsion and energy-management systems, has appointed Lisa Amend senior vice president and chief human resources officer.

Amend will have responsibility for the firm’s human resources strategy and processes, including talent lifecycle and acquisition talent management and development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, employee engagement, and workforce planning.

She has more than 20 years of experience as a labour and employment attorney, supporting human resources in litigation and dispute management, labour relations, employee benefits, and executive compensation.

Amend worked as a member of Dana’s Law Department from 1998 to 2006. She rejoined the firm in 2020 as senior legal counsel and served as a member of the Office of Business Conduct before being named vice president, assistant general counsel, and assistant secretary in 2023. Before this, she served as managing counsel for Marathon Petroleum Corporation and worked in private practice at law firm Taft, Stettinius and Hollister.
