Digital and data technology firm for sport and media Deltatre has hired Neda Scrini as its chief people officer.
Reporting to Deltatre’s chief executive officer, Andrea Marini, Scrini will be based in the firm’s London hub and will lead a global people team spanning talent, reward, culture and organisational development.
With more than 20 years of global experience, Scrini has held multiple people leadership roles including eight years at Vodafone, where towards the end of her time there, she was global head of people strategy and head of talent. Prior to this, she gained HR consulting experience at Capgemini and held various HR roles at Boots and Syngenta.
More recently, Scrini has used her people expertise to add value to software business Snow Software, and she was chief people officer at global high-growth technology firm Orgvue.
