Datadog, the monitoring and security platform for cloud applications, has recruited David Galloreese to be its new chief people officer.
Galloreese has more than 15 years of human resources experience from roles at Figma, Wells Fargo, Walmart, Medallia and Caesars Entertainment. He has held chief human resources officer positions at Figma and Wells Fargo, was chief people officer at Sam’s Club, and was head of people and culture at Medallia.
Most recently, he was a senior advisor at McKinsey and Company, and advised businesses such as Karat, Guild and Gametime.
Galloreese said: “I’m looking forward to continuing to build Datadog’s mission, culture and team. Hiring and developing the best talent is essential to building market-leading products and providing excellent experiences to end customers. This becomes even more true as the business continues to rapidly grow.”
