Something for the weekend: Now that Covid-19 (Coronavirus) restrictions have ended and the nation is free to go out and socialise again, some may wish to sip delicious cocktails while enjoying amazing views of England’s capital. What if we told you that you could do both while also getting paid for it? Thought that would get your attention!
Online casino business MrQ is looking for one lucky person and a friend, based in or around London, to explore 10 rooftop bars and test their exciting cocktails. The winner will be required to test all bars over a period of three weeks, aiming to visit each place in the evening during the week or all day at the weekend. If you want to get paid to drink cocktails and clink glasses with a friend, this could be the job for you.
This role is not without a bit of homework though, as the tester will need to try a cocktail and rate the experience on a series of metrics, including presentation, taste and price, as well other factors such as the friendliness of staff, atmosphere, location and views. The successful applicant will also be required to answer how likely they are to come back and if they would recommend the bar to a friend.
According to MrQ, it will pay for each winner and a person of their choice to have one cocktail in the 10 different bars, with a tab of £30 behind the bar. On top of this, the lucky person will receive £250 as a reward.
