Southern Housing Group has switched flexible benefits providers following an in-house employee survey and a tendering process.
The group previously used Xafinity Consulting with a platform from a third-party provider, but it is now using Thomsons Online Benefits.
The housing group, which offers holiday trading, critical illness cover, life assurance and childcare vouchers through its flexible benefits scheme, will use emails, posters, benefits fairs and a booklet to communicate the perks to staff when it relaunches the scheme this month.
Liz Maskell, payroll and HR shared services manager, said: "We want to remind staff that the benefits are there for them."
