Soldier On is a community charity that provides career management and employment support to members of the British armed forces who have been made redundant on medical grounds.
Its individually tailored career management aims to help rehabilitate any medically discharged service leaver and support their transition to a civilian career. The charity was chosen because of its strong links to workplace issues.
