Police Now has received Great Place to Work certification as part of its commitment to ensuring the wellbeing of its more than 100 employees is a top organisational priority.
Police Now recruits, trains and supports individuals to become leaders in society and on the policing frontline.
Great Place to Work is the global benchmark for identifying and recognising outstanding employee experience within a workplace. It uses data, research and insights to measure factors such as respect, fairness, a sense of pride and leadership.
When Police Now employees were asked if the organisation is a great place to work, 94% said they feel good about the ways it contributes to the community. It also scored 24% above a typical UK organisation.
