Employee Benefits Reset played host to a number of key players in the employee benefits arena during the two-week series, which ran from 5-16 October 2020.

Tim Robertson, UK compensation and benefits lea at Microsoft, opened the series with a keynote session titled ‘HR and the new normal’ in which he discussed how Microsoft UK adapted its benefits strategy during the pandemic.

He was joined in the line up by Emma Francis, diversity and inclusion lead at Zurich Insurance UK, Shelia Champion-Smeeth, global head of wellbeing and people at Cisco, Shaun Davis, global director of safety, health, wellbeing and sustainability at Royal Mail and Karen Thomson, diversity and inclusion lead at Fujitsu UK and Ireland.

Topics covered all aspects of employee benefits including remote working, metal health, the gender pay gap, HR technology and employee expectations post-Covid-19.
