Employee Benefits Live

Employee Benefits Live 2024 is welcoming delegates to its 26th annual event at ExCeL London on 8-9 October 2024.

As the largest dedicated reward and benefits event in Europe, the conference and exhibition brings together more than 1,500 industry professionals looking to discover the latest HR, reward and benefits developments. The extensive editorial-driven conference programme offers delegates practical how-to advice, inspiration and top tips.

Spread across four theatres, this year’s streams focus on health and wellbeing, engagement, motivation and recognition, cost-effective benefits, HR and benefits strategy, sustainable reward, financial wellbeing, and menopause, fertility and pregnancy.

There will be a range of speakers at this year’s conference, with four taking part in a keynote presentation. Karen Blackett, former president of WPP, will open the conference with a presentation about how to create a culture where people can win and succeed, while Janet McKenzie, group head of reward at Merlin Entertainments, will close the first day talking about global benefits.

Meanwhile, Olympic swimmer and broadcaster Mark Foster will discuss embracing authenticity and Natalie Jutla, employee benefits and employee financial wellbeing lead at Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) will close the event with a presentation on breaking boundaries.

Other session speakers include Sarah Austin, benefits manager – Europe at Rio Tinto, and Helen McGowan, group benefits manager at Travis Perkins, who are taking part in a panel about the culture of recognition and reward, and Patrick Ismond, head of diversity and inclusion at the RSPCA, who will present a session on inclusivity.

Speakers from Natwest, Wolseley and British Council will also be taking part in sessions on financial, mental and physical wellbeing.

Throughout Employee Benefits Live 2024, attendees will also be able to network with colleagues, peers, industry experts and providers, either across the exhibition floor, during conference sessions or in the exclusive VIP lounge.
