Market research platform Kantar, health and wellbeing services firm Touchstone and retailer The Co-op Group have been named as some of the UK’s top inclusive employers for 2025.
The Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers list is a national accreditation and a benchmark of the most inclusive organisation across the diversity strands of age, disability, gender, LGBTQ+, race, faith and religion. It is acquired by organisations annually that want to be recognised for their diversity and inclusion.
The list is compiled by an advisory panel, based on each organisation’s performance in a range of diversity areas. Organisations that make the list have provided sufficient evidence on topics including recruitment procedures, training, workforce data and diversity-related initiatives.
This year, Kantar secured the top position, followed by Touchstone in second place and The Co-op Group in third.
The top 10 Inclusive UK Employers are:
- Kantar
- Touchstone
- The Co-op Group
- United Utilities
- Capgemini

An Inclusive Companies spokesperson said: “Being inclusive makes business sense. But, until now, it has been hard to identify the best employers when it comes to diversity, equality and inclusion. Research shows that more diverse organisations perform better and are also better places to work. Significant numbers of employers are practising inclusion as a routine event and are reaping the rewards. They are leaders in their field, not the diversity pitch, but the business stadia in which they play. And win.
“They aren’t just ticking a CSR box or following a moral code, important as they may be. They are capturing the diverse talents of the wonderful population of the UK and becoming more competitive as a result.”
