Natures Aid, Haier Smart Home UK and Ireland, and Equiniti have been named as some of the top employers for 2025.
The Top Employers Institute, a global authority on HR strategies, certifies organisations based on the results of its HR best practices survey. This covers people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity, equity and inclusion, wellbeing and more.
Natures Aid, which is owned by pharmaceutical firm Stada Group, was recognised due to its purpose and values, integrity and ethics, and digital and HR. It was also praised for its growth culture, sustainability, and wellbeing.
Equiniti was certified for the third consecutive year in the UK, India and US due to its ongoing emphasis on its people experience. It ranked sixth in the UK, fourth in the US and in the top 25% in India.
Haier Smart Home UK and Ireland was also recognised for the third year running due to its dedication to excellent HR policies and people practices. LNER achieved the status for the sixth year in a row as part of its dedication to a better world of work.
